Terms & Conditions for Physical Award Purchases

Order Fulfillment:
Physical trophies, medals, and certificates are custom-produced upon payment confirmation. Allow 60 business days for production and shipping.

1.Shipping Cost:

Payment Not include shipping fee. Physical certificates, trophies and medals will be shipped within 8 weeks after the order deadline, via international logistics to the registered address with freight charges collected (COD). All shipping fees will be collected by the courier company upon delivery. Shipping Cost depending on the destination region. E certificate will be sent to the registered email within 1 month.

All award products will be produced strictly in accordance with the order information. If re-production is required due to errors, additional fees will be incurred. Once the awards have been signed for or collected, no replacements will be issued for any damages or losses. The organizer is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect information or unsuccessful contact attempts.

2.Damage Claims:

Recipients must inspect awards immediately upon delivery. Notify the Association via email (admin@asiangifted.org) within 1 calendar day if items arrive damaged, including clear photos/videos of the defect. Late reports will not qualify for replacements. Verified damage claims entitle recipients to one free re-production and shipping.

3. No Refunds/Post-Deadline Adjustments:

No refunds will be issued for purchased awards. Requests submitted after the 1-day window or citing subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., color preferences) are ineligible for replacements.

4.Shipping Risks:
While we use insured carriers, the Association is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party logistics. Tracking details will be provided for transparency.

5.Finality:
Failure to report issues within the stipulated timeframe constitutes acceptance of the award’s condition. No further claims will be entertained.

In case of any disputes, the association reserves the final decision and the right to modify relevant terms.
