【運送 及 定制須知 】​

付款金額已包含指定地區運費；

以下指定地區：香港，澳門，台灣，中國內地，馬來西亞，新加坡，已包含一次免費運費配送服務。

如因填寫資料有誤，或無法順利聯繫，未及時簽收或拒收等原因以致包裹無法投遞，導致包裹無法派送、投遞失敗而被退回，主辦方概不負責。 所產生的一切額外費用（包括退回及重新寄送之費用）則須由收件人承擔。請確保收件電話保持暢通，並及時接聽物流公司的派送通知。

非上述配送地區需根據實際物流情況額外支付運費。

實體證書、獎盃及獎牌將在訂單截止日期後的2個月內寄出，電子證書將於 1 個月內發送至登記郵箱。

所有獎項產品將嚴格按訂單內容資訊製作。如有其他額外定制內容顯示要求，須通過官方郵箱/WhatsApp提出，以確保資訊準確傳達。若因資訊錯誤需重新製作，將產生額外費用。獎項簽收或領取後，如發生損壞或遺失，恕不補發。

產品為個性化定制內容，下單後不接受退款申請。

【SHIPPING and CUSTOMIZE INFO】​

The payment amount already includes shipping fees for specified regions; Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Mainland China, Malaysia, Singapore. The above regions already include one free shipping service.

If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided, unsuccessful contact attempts, failure to sign for or refusal to receive the package in a timely manner, resulting in the package being returned due to failed delivery, the organizer shall not be held responsible. All additional costs incurred (including return and re-shipping fees) shall be borne by the recipient. Please ensure that the recipient's phone remains accessible and that notifications from the logistics company are answered promptly.

For regions not listed above, additional shipping fees will be charged based on actual logistics conditions.

Physical certificates, trophies, and medals will be shipped within 2 months after the order deadline. E-certificates will be sent to the registered email within 1 month.

All award products will be strictly produced according to the information provided in the order. If there are additional customization or display requirements, they must be submitted via the official email/WhatsApp to ensure accurate communication. If re-production is required due to incorrect information, additional fees will apply. Once the award has been signed for or collected, no replacements will be issued in case of damage or loss.

The products are personalized custom items, and refund requests will not be accepted after the order is placed.
